Ask for the packed measurements
Request carton dimensions and shipping weight, then check doorways, stairs and lifting arrangements. Net product weight is not packed weight.
Confirm privacy without guessing
Ask about outer packaging and carrier labels in writing. Plain packaging does not remove legally required customs declarations.
Clarify the timeline and charges
Separate production time from transit estimates. Identify who pays duties, taxes and brokerage, and what happens if delivery is delayed.
Questions worth asking
Can discreet packaging guarantee privacy?
No. Confirm the arrangements, but delivery paperwork and customs requirements may still disclose information.
